Roast style: Medium Dark
This is popular café coffees with our customers. Mix of three blends Brazilian Daterra, Indian Maysore and Ethiopian Mocha that has that Italian punch. Full bodied, low in in acidity, good creme with a lovely clean finish.
Brewing notes: Served as an espresso. For a double shot of espresso grind 18 grams of coffee, espresso yield 50 mls brew for 22 seconds.
Sore in cool and dry place.
